Welcome to Purohit AI. By accessing or using purohitai.com (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

The Service is operated by Saths Services LLC, based in Tulsa, Oklahoma, and owned by Sri Shyam Sharma.

2. Description of Service

Purohit AI is an AI-powered platform that provides:

• Vedic astrology readings and birth chart (Jatakam) generation
• Hindu festival calendar and daily panchangam
• Pooja and ritual guidance
• AI priest chatbot for spiritual questions
• Compatibility analysis and muhurta calculations

The astrological readings, predictions, and guidance provided by Purohit AI are for informational and spiritual purposes only. They should NOT be considered as:

4. No Guarantee of Accuracy

While we strive to provide accurate astrological calculations based on Vedic principles, we make NO GUARANTEE regarding:

• The accuracy or completeness of astrological predictions

• The occurrence of predicted events or outcomes
• The absence of errors in calculations or interpretations

5. User Responsibility

By using Purohit AI, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You are solely responsible for the accuracy and completeness of birth details (date, time, place, and name) you provide. Incorrect birth data may produce incorrect chart calculations and readings
• You are solely responsible for decisions made based on astrological guidance provided by the Service
• You will not hold Saths Services LLC, Sri Shyam Sharma, or Purohit AI liable for any outcomes resulting from your use of the Service, including outcomes based on inaccurate birth information you supplied
• You understand that astrological readings are interpretive and subjective
• You will use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes only
• You will not provide birth details of another person without their knowledge and consent where applicable

6. Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to use Purohit AI. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years or older.

If you are under 18, please do not use the Service or provide any personal information.

7. Credits, Subscriptions, and Payments

Purohit AI uses a credit wallet for astrology-related features. Payments are processed by Stripe. By purchasing credits or a subscription, you agree to the rules below.

7.1 What Is Free (No Credits Used)

The following are always free and do not deduct from your credit wallet:

• Hindu festival and masam (month) date lookups
• Daily panchangam and tithi information
• Planetary position (gocharam) date lookups
• Sankalpam and auspicious-day (manchi roju) date guidance

7.2 What Uses Credits (Astrology Questions)

• 1 credit — general astrology, remedies, ritual guidance, and interpretive questions
• 2 credits — personal jatakam (birth chart), dasha, marriage/career timing, and similar chart-based readings

Credit costs may change; the in-app display and this page will reflect current rates.

7.3 Guest Access (Not Signed In)

Users who are not signed in may use up to 3 astrology credits per day (resets at midnight in our server timezone). Free calendar and panchang features remain unlimited. Signing in with a verified phone number is required for a welcome credit wallet.

7.4 Welcome Credits (Signed-In Users)

After you sign in and verify your phone number, you receive a one-time grant of 50 astrology credits added to your wallet. Welcome credits do not expire and are not replenished daily. Only one welcome grant is allowed per verified phone number; creating duplicate accounts to obtain additional welcome credits is prohibited.

7.5 Credit Pack (Recharge)

You may purchase a one-time Credit Pack (currently 50 credits for $1.99 USD, subject to change) to add credits to your wallet. Purchased credits do not expire while your account remains active. Credit packs are non-transferable and have no cash value.

7.6 PurohitAI Unlimited (Subscription)

PurohitAI Unlimited is a monthly subscription (currently $4.99 USD/month, subject to change) that provides unlimited astrology credits subject to a fair-use policy designed to prevent abuse. Fair-use limits may include daily, hourly, and jatakam-specific caps (e.g., approximately 200 credits per day, 40 credits per hour, and 20 jatakam readings per day — actual limits may vary and are shown in the Service). Calendar and panchang features remain free. We may adjust fair-use thresholds without notice to protect Service quality and cost.

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled through Stripe or your account settings. You are responsible for cancelling before the next billing date if you do not wish to renew.

7.7 Refunds and Cancellations

All credit-pack and subscription payments are final and non-refundable except where required by applicable law or at our sole discretion (e.g., duplicate charges or verified technical failure to deliver purchased credits). Unused credits in your wallet are not redeemable for cash. If we terminate your account for violation of these Terms, unused credits are forfeited.

7.8 Shared Quota (Web + WhatsApp)

If you use the same verified phone number on purohitai.com and WhatsApp, your credit wallet and usage limits are shared across both channels.

7.9 Changes to Pricing and Credit Rules

We may change prices, credit costs, free-tier limits, welcome-credit amounts, or fair-use thresholds at any time. Changes apply to future purchases and usage; we will post updates on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

8. Service Availability and Changes

We reserve the right to:

• Modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time without notice
• Change pricing, features, or functionality
• Update these Terms of Service
• Refuse service to anyone for any reason

We are not liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.

9. Prohibited Uses

You agree NOT to use Purohit AI for any unlawful purpose or in any way that:

• Violates any local, state, national, or international law
• Harasses, abuses, or harms another person
• Attempts to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code
• Uses automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Service
• Creates multiple accounts to obtain duplicate welcome credits or evade fair-use limits
• Distributes viruses, malware, or harmful code

10. Intellectual Property

All content on Purohit AI, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, and astrological interpretations, is the property of Saths Services LLC and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our explicit written permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

Saths Services LLC, Sri Shyam Sharma, and Purohit AI shall NOT be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from:

• Your use or inability to use the Service
• Decisions made based on astrological readings
• Errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in the Service
• Unauthorized access to your data

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid (if any) to use the Service in the past 12 months.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Saths Services LLC, Sri Shyam Sharma, and Purohit AI from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of another person or entity

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Oklahoma, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the courts of Tulsa County, Oklahoma.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
